Customer Service Coordinator

Customer Service Coordinator

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT WESTROCK:

·             Represent WestRock values and deliver excellent service through each interaction

·             Record, organize, and process orders and/or inquiries received by telephone, email, and/or through personal customer contact

·            Implementation of client's projects and orders

·             Coordinating the flow of information between the customer service department and other departments

·              Direct communication with the client

·             Keeping project documentation and customer orders

·             Setting and supervising project schedules

·             Participation in teleconferences and direct meetings with the customer on site at the factory and at the customer's premises

·             Quickly and effectively resolve customer or production issues maintaining clear communication with customers on status and resolution

 

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

·        Higher education

·        At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service department (experience in production organization as Customer Service specialist or similar will be a strong asset)

·       Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel

·       English language

·       Action oriented and dedicated to meet the expectation and requirements of internal and external customers

·       Good problem solving skills and attention to details

·       Positive, “can do” attitude

·       Ability to work under tight deadlines
