Provide leadership, management, coordination and profitability building key global accounts
To target and win new and profitable sales with new and existing Key Accounts in line with agreed business strategy and the ‘Key Account plans’ through: strategic business development; margin enhancement, specific Account metrics and NPI
Monitor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis account financial performance and adjust as needed
Lead, motivate and develop the global key account team either through direct line reporting relationship or in a matrix global environment
Support the SVP Sales in the generation of the Global Key Account strategy; annual sales budgets and identification of targets for business development purposes

Implement, develop, grow and maintain the agreed global Key Account plan and achieve against plan and timescales
Leads strategic discussions, negotiations and the pricing of all relevant global bids & tender management in conjunction with as approved by SVP Sales and effectively communicates plan strategy with the global key Account team
Lead, manage and motivate the global Estee Lauder Key account team : Sets clear KPI's; empowers others; sets appropriate standards of behavior and focuses on team cohesion and development
Drive high standards of customer relationship management (CRM) and Sales Plan execution.
Annual budget development – with global heads of business and SVP sales
Provide accurate short, medium and long term reporting and forecasts as necessary to support business planning activities. Acting as the central point for all global account data coordinating timely data delivery from each relevant region
Pro-actively work with Group Marketing and the wider Account team on seeking out detailed market analysis (including competitor activity and market trends) to support the Key Account plan longer term
Work proactively with commercial and Operations colleagues to introduce and implement margin enhancement opportunities with all work won.
Target, develop and negotiate with new sales relationships to increase sales volume and maximize profitability in all of the organizations products and services.
Develops new business through working with Regional sales teams new prospects/customers including site visits and phone contact.
Relationship builder internally and externally: - with senior customer reps; strategic alliances (high and wide).
Augment Annual business planning meeting (top to top) – with objective of enhancing a multi-channel supplier strategy
