Account Supervisor - Customer Service

Our MPS Louisville facility is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Customer Service team.


How you will impact WestRock:

  • Single point of contact for strategic customers and sales staff.

  • Develop project timelines and monitor progress for on-time delivery.  

  • Use creative problem solving to achieve sales and customer objectives.


What you need to succeed:

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

  • 3 years of experience in printing/marketing/sales and/or customer service related field.

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
