We are currently recruiting for a talented, dynamic Night Shift Team Lead for our Lebanon TN (302 Hartman Drive) facility, focused on fostering a team atmosphere, providing vision, and demonstrating support of the Company’s core processes. This opening is on Night Shift 6PM – 6AM 12 Hour
Continental Shift (2-2-3 day rotation).  Additional responsibilities:
Foster a team atmosphere, provide vision, and demonstrate support of the Company’s Values (Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Excellence) and Behaviors (Communicate the Why, Align Goals, Empower, Recognize Performance)
Pro-actively promote and represent all department specific initiatives related to operating values to include Safety, Quality, & Operational Metrics
Actively support plant safety initiatives including support of Safety Engagement Activities (e.g., Safety Pillar Team participation of team members, training completion, HazRec’s, etc.) as well as Safety policy/rules/procedures adherence of team members on shift
Perform daily pre-shift huddles at the department DMS board with team members to review
PPE, daily operating priorities, and production goals
Direct shift team members to ensure all necessary equipment is staffed appropriately for production
Accurately and thoroughly record all Safety, Quality, and Production events that occur during shift and clearly communicate the root cause and information to management team via the DMS processes within the facility
Complete regular checks during shift for pre-shift safety sheets, quality check sheets on running equipment, and production tracking via DMS boards to recognize performance and assist with root cause of under-performing areas
Manage Kronos time keeping for each team member on shift and handle any attendance related documentation necessary for the points system
Actively ensure team members are given every opportunity to succeed and make positive
change utilizing all training resources available 
Lead by example and provide regular recognition, coaching, and/or feedback as appropriate to team members regarding job performance and desired behaviors that follow company core values
Provide proper documentation for all attendance, inter-personal, safety, quality, or performance related concerns
Ensure parts are quickly retrieved when needed and accurately accounted for upon leaving the parts room
Ensure personnel follow established Quality and Food Safety Policies & Procedures
Ensure production reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner including paperwork sign-off
Ensure Machine and Department DMS boards are fully updated with accurate data and root cause for shift performance metrics
What you need to succeed:
Associate’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in printing / packaging / folding carton highly desirable
Successfully complete pre-employment testing to include background check, drug screen, & physical
