Helper
The opportunity:
This Sheeter Helper position is responsible for assisting
the sheeter operator with the overall safety, quality, production and waste of
the Sheeter for the jobs it runs.
How you will
impact WestRock:
Assist the sheeter operator in the operation of the sheeter. Including but not limited to: performing all safety and quality checks
Responsible for the operation of the sheeter feed section
Responsible for prepping sheeter for next production run, rolls, loads, etc.
Must assist the Sheeter Operator in meeting safety, quality and production standards
Assist in training other sheeter personnel
Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area
Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
Overtime is required
Perform other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
High school diploma or GED minimum. Requires the ability to
react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality
product. Hearing ability must be
adequate.
