Starting wage $22.73 per hour, paid vacation after 90 days.

Be a part of recycling in Minnesota- the St. Paul Mill is the area’s largest recycled paper manufacturer and is actively searching for long term talent to join our team!  No prior experience is required.
Successful candidates will be exposed to a wide variety of jobs in a large industrial worksite including:

-  Drive a front end loader

-  Computerized production tracking

-  Load trailers or railcars

-  Maintain equipment and department cleanliness

-  Grow and learn new jobs

-  Work cooperatively with an engaged production team to meet quotas and goals.

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent. 
Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math, reading, writing and computer skills.
Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, use your mechanical aptitude to learn recycling processes, and a desire to advance.
Possess a strong sense of teamwork and caring for the safety of yourself and others.
Must be available to work day, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotating basis.
