Career Opportunity

Responsible for the efficient
set-up, operation and maintenance of multicolor flexographic printing press to
produce high quality printed components for the pharmaceutical packaging

How you will impact WestRock

Conducts make-ready by installing anilox rollers,
plates, inks and dies into the proper stations, making the necessary ,adjustments for optimal print quality.
Ensures all materials meet the requirements of customer specifications. Uses good ink management to ensure color match is met and maintained throughout run. Follows established standard operating
procedures. Conducts Line Clearance. Pulls QC retains for approval.  Completes all required documentation. Responsible for material handling and product, segregation. Performs preventative maintenance and housekeeping of work stations. Performs other job duties as assigned.

 What you need to succeed

Must be flexible and willing to work overtime;
significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
Must be able to manage time effectively.
Must be able to problem solve effectively.
Must have basic computer skills (email, word
processing, etc.) or be trainable.
Must have the ability to meet and/or pass the
minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical
aptitude through prior work experience.
Must have good mathematical skills.
Must have good written and communications skills.
Must be attentive to detail.
Must pass color hue test
