A Die Cut Operator position is currently available in the Production Department at our Greer, SC location.

Responsible for all activities associated with running the Die Cutter including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending operation improvements.


*Sets up, adjusts, and operates the Die Cutter.

*Works under minimum supervision.

*Performs a variety of semi-complex or critical tasks where overall quality and/or quantity can significantly impact various manufacturing operations or costs.

*Locates and corrects machine malfunctions.

*Cleans, lubricates, and makes adjustments to maintain the quality of production.

*Notifies supervision of needed repairs or replacement parts.

*Ensures that assigned equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition.

*Assists in training individuals and other team members as assigned.

*Understands all documents pertaining to the Die Cut process and adheres to specification requirements.

*Complies with company policies, procedures, and core processes.

*Complies with established safety procedures and policies.

*Keeps machine area clean and orderly.

*Focuses on continuous improvement, quality, improved cycle times, safety cost reductions, and customer satisfaction.

*Cooperates and works effectively with other departments and maintenance personnel on projects and validations.

*Performs other job duties as assigned.



*High school diploma or GED required.

*Prior corrugated converting experience preferred.

*Must have good personal communication skills including reading, speaking, and writing simple sentences.

*Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

*Must have basic mathematical skills and be able to apply concepts of high school math.

*Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

*Able to apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or graphic form.


*Must have a willingness to follow all work rules and procedures related to safety, quality production processes, and attendance.

*Must be committed to the safety of yourself and your fellow employees.

*Must be committed to keeping your work area and environment clean and orderly to ensure safety and quality.

*Must have a willingness to understand and adhere to customer production specifications and instructions.


*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
