Be a part of global supply chain helping customers meet their paper packaging needs in response to the current pandemic.  As a Production Supervisor over the Corrugator for our sheet feeder plant in Ft. Worth, TX, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of production in the facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to team members, ensure Safety and production targets and metrics are met to achieve efficient production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, and manage personnel daily.

Monitor workplace safety environment to identify and address any unsafe conditions
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, safe work practices, and plant policies
Monitor and track production daily goals
Communicate effectively with all functional areas of the plant to ensure all production needs are successfully achieved
Maintain a positive relationship with our team members, business needs and requirements
Supervise daily production activities, including oversight of team members, and monitor performance levels of each team member

What you need to succeed:
3 to 5+ years of manufacturing experience or working in a production environment
Prior experience in leadership role 
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
Proven experience utilizing plant program technology
Ability to be an on-shift resource for troubleshooting problems in the process 
Ability to make independent, effective decisions
Possess ability to be a self-directed team player
