The Opportunity:

·       Come work as a Production Supervisor at a growing company with very competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished leaders in the Corrugated Packaging industry

·       Manage the day-to-day operations of the shift and ensure that all company standards and customer commitments (safety, quality, production, cost, on-time delivery) are met

·       You will work in a collaborative work environment and coordinate production operations, and maintain effective quality procedures and safety regulations

·       This is a growth position that can lead to various upper management positions

·       Lead and coach employees to meet the safety, quality, production, and all other key performance indicators of a fast-paced work team

·       Enforce plant safety regulations and encourage employees to become safety conscious

What You Need to Succeed:

·       Corrugated Manufacturing experience; 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a box plant preferred

·       Converting / Finishing supervisory experience is required

·       Strong focus on Safety and Quality

·       Six Sigma / Lean knowledge is a plus

·       Excellent communication skills

·       High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
