WestRock Company (Chattanooga Mill location) is a recycled paper manufacturer and is searching for qualified talent to join our team.  A high school degree or GED is required for consideration.  The facility operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. 

These positions are located in downtown Chattanooga and will be required to work a 4-day, rotating 12-hour shift(7a-7p & 7p-7a).  Applicants must have strong attendance and safety records and be available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as required. Candidates are evaluated for the 1st 90-days of their employment on a probationary basis before converting to full time with benefits.

Requirements:

2+ years of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years
Ability to withstand demanding physical labor and harsh conditions - extreme heat(120+ degrees F in summer), 12-hours of standing, bending, pulling/pushing and loud equipment noise
Must possess a strong sense of teamwork and caring for the safety of yourself and others
Positive attitude and focus on working smart
