SUMMARY: The Rotary Die
Cutter Operator is responsible for running and maintaining the dies and related

Follow all safety rules and execute all job
duties in a safe manner.Follow all machine specific lockout/tagout
procedures on an as needed basis.Maintain full compliance of all GMPs.Participate and ensure department is compliant
with SQF/YUM audit regulations.Maintain housekeeping excellence in accordance
with 5S Standards.Read and understand product specification
sheets.Inspect finished product to ensure quality
specifications are met.Perform all required customer and departmental
quality checks.Responsible for mounting rotary die cutter
module, sheeter, repair knives, and spot tape anvil.Work with Die & Plate Coordinator in
prepping the cutting die for operation.Cleaning, lubricate and ensure the
functionality of all die cutting materials.Perform quality checks for die and finished
product.Properly mount the cutting / sheeting modules.Maintain and adjust stacker for proper delivery
of cartons.Maintain waste generation at or below budgeted
standard.Perform scheduled machine PMs and enter work
orders as needed.Coordinate with shift supervisor and wet end
operators to meet or exceed productivity goals.Monitor dry end personnel for safety, quality,
and productivity.Work overtime as determined by the department
supervisor or the production manager when customer demands require it and/or
other mitigating factors
EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Any equivalent combination of experience and
training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities
of this position.
Prefer work experience in a corrugated manufacturing
plant or rotary die cutting.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
Criminal background and drug screen check
required for hire.
Must have experience in a manufacturing setting.
