The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician at our Recycling Plant in Louisville, KY. Primary duties include providing safe and timely mechanical preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment, specifically our Single Stream Recycling Plant.  The ideal candidate will have some mechanical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of basic mechanical maintenance/repair.  We are looking for 1st and 2nd  shift coverage.


What You Need to Succeed:

An operational knowledge of mechanical machinery which includes; motors, hydraulics, pumps, etc.  

Ability to trouble shoot and perform minor repairs to diesel forklifts and wheel loaders. 

Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Must be computer literate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.

Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift with overtime hours as needed to support the operation.

High school diploma or equivalent

Military training and or Technical School preferred
