Formulates and manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the Quality function.
Develops, implements, communicates and maintains a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Effectively interacts with production and development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.
Considers the application of environmental health and safety standards.
Defines quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures.
Serves as liaison with customers’ auditors to ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.
Establishes standards of service for customers.
Ensures compliance with national and internal standards and legislation.
Considers the application of environmental health and safety standards.
Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Ensures tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
Compiles technical and management systems reports.

Organizes and manages quality assurance functions in close cooperation with customers and Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team).
Identifies relevant quality-related training needs and delivers training.
Collates and analyzes performance data and charts against defined parameters.
Manages and maintains the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods, evaluates, establishes and maintains approved supplier list.
Sets QA compliance objectives and ensures targets are achieved.
Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.
Maintains awareness of business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
Performs all duties according to established safety policy, including wearing all required PPEs to perform duties.
