Senior Kronos Architect – Duluth, GA

The opportunity:

  • The Senior Kronos Architect will act as the lead Kronos configuration SME to develop Kronos solutions to support all the company’s operations.

  • They must be able to configure the Kronos application to support all company goals, standards, and policies. This will include the full documentation of the system configuration and all ongoing changes required.

     

     

    How you will impact WestRock:

  • Interaction with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements.

  • Perform gap analysis to determine our Kronos suite’s system configuration and development changes.

  • Create detailed business requirement documents, test plans and test cases.  At completion, they will share insight into the user training documents and implementation documentation and provide legends as deemed necessary.

  • Effectively communicate throughout the organization and the ability to present complex concepts clearly in easily understandable terms.

 

 

What you need to succeed:

  • The candidate for this position will have at least eight (8) years of experience working with the Kronos Workforce Central Software System with expertise from Version 7.0 forward including full data integration.  They will have a strong knowledge of the interaction between al Kronos modules.

  • They should be knowledgeable in the development and design of scalable and efficient WIM interfaces, SSRS custom reports, and other programs needed to fulfill the business requirements.

  • They will be well versed in the configuration of the Kronos software including strong expertise in the areas of pay rules and building blocks, accrual rules, attendance policies and events, security profiles and device management setup.

  • The individual must be able to create hyper-find queries and genies and understand the navigational aspect of the Kronos system.

  • The individual will maintain positive relationships with customers and internal business partners.

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a must to fulfill this requirement.

  • They must pay close attention to details and possess an ardent desire for problem solving and be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office using Word and Excel is required.
