The opportunity:

The Associate Sales Administration Coordinator is responsible for assisting the CRM Technical and Sales Operations teams to complete essential tasks which are required to facilitate system and user maintenance in our instance of (eSFDC). This resource will provide on-going support and maintenance of business systems, processes, and data, inclusive of system access, reports and analytics, data management and clean-up, as well as data audits.

How you will impact WestRock:


User Support:

  • Closely monitor and assist in execution of submitted user support cases and maintain monthly metrics related to case management: ServiceNow and eSFDC Support Cases
  • Manage the new user account onboarding process
  • Coordinate changes in user roles & profiles
  • Administer Security Roles / Profiles / Sharing Rules / Permission Sets / Groups
  • Solve any Single Sign On errors
  • Closely monitor system enhancements and support weekly promotion to Production
  • Monitor release schedule and provide analysis of impact to eSFDC
  • Coordinate enhancements with Sales Ops team when required
  • Support testing with Sales Ops on new objects and/or processes
  • Assist in regular sandbox refreshes
  • Manage the WRK Salesforce mailbox
  • Assist Sales Ops with data analytics, using reports and dashboards

Data Support:

  • Ensure integrity of data within eSFDC by understanding data flows and providing root cause analysis of problems.
  • Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data.
  • Assist in data cleansing through de-duplication (native and 3rd party tools) and updating validation rules
  • Support existing and proposed integrations with eSFDC

What you need to succeed:

  • HS diploma or equivalent is required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of one-year experience working in
  • Interact effectively with other divisional Sales Ops, teammates, and colleagues
  • Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
  • Utilize technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements
  • Deep understanding of the ecosystem or equivalent degree/experience.
  • This position works in a team-oriented, cross-divisional environment. The candidate must build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated willingness to learn and self-teach.
  • Ability to actively participate on working teams.
  • Ability to work with and protect confidential information required.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
