HOW YOU WILL IMPACT WESTROCK
The Talent Acquisition Technology and Operations Leader will drive and manage enterprise-wide talent acquisition programs and recruiting technologies that meet the need of WestRock’s global business. This role will collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to provide operational support by delivering process, system and reporting which promotes operational efficiency and a world-class candidate and employee experience.
Additional responsibilities include:
Collaborate with partners across TA and HR to document priorities, plan and execute process and tool improvements in a structured, measurable way while also establishing criteria to evaluate success
Scope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition function, driving consistency across systems, processes, data and reporting
Track, measure and provide on-going insight to the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and proactively recommend solutions
Lead all Talent Acquisition reporting to include the development of meaningful metrics to conduct quantitative analysis and drive investment decisions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Communications to implement digital recruitment marketing programs with a focus on diversity, veteran and early career hiring.
Ensure adherence to federal and local government regulations as well as EU Data Privacy requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources
5+ years of experience leading talent acquisition programs and technology initiatives
Expertise with selecting and implementing recruiting technology to include
applicant tracking systems, social media, digital interviewing tools and
on-line assessment vendors
Experience in developing and reporting recruiting data and metrics that drive decision making
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships within
and outside of Talent Acquisition and HR to include external vendors
Well-developed relationship management and consultative skills, ability to
influence and lead change
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Results-oriented with excellent follow through skills
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and use sound judgment with limited functional guidance and oversight
Experience with MS Office tools
Must be able to travel 10-20%
