Career Opportunity

Processes custom tag orders including those involving complex design and/or custom die shapes.  Provides technical support to internal and external customers.         

How Will You Impact WestRock

Processes custom tag orders through photo evaluation, copy, and layout requirements, mock-up preparation, and proof to customer.

Maintains integrity of the typeset, catalog, logo, and plant database systems.                                            

Communicates with customers as required to ensure quality products and services.                                     

Maintains current and consistent information on individual customer tag accounts including photos and Horticultural copy.

Supports tag quality through double Acrobat proof process.

Circulates pertinent complex job information to appropriate departments.

Assists customer service representatives as required.

Provides technical support to internal and external customers.

Expands knowledge of JH processes through cross-training and available company sponsored educational classes.

Verifies press approval proofs for accuracy.          

Assists other areas of the Grower Care Center as time allows.                         

Trains new horticultural workers when needed.

Performs other job duties as assigned.


What You Need to Succeed

High school diploma or G.E.D. 

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions, correspondences, and memos.

Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.

Knowledge of office procedures and methods including, but not limited to, telephone communication, office systems, and record keeping.   

Ability to get along with a variety of personalities and individuals.

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.

Must be able to maintain good attendance.

Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
