Manager, Global Card Programs - Duluth, GA

The Manager, Global Card Programs is responsible for WestRock’s global purchasing card and corporate card programs. This individual will oversee the policy, audit and compliance, reporting and online solutions, including the Concur Expense System and End User help desk support.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT WESTROCK:

Corporate Card & Purchasing Card Administration

  • Global owner of the purchasing card policy, which includes developing a governance process to incorporate changes and developing ongoing training plans for new and existing users.

  • Lead and develop the Card Program team, which currently includes a Program Administrator and Analyst.

  • Manage the corporate card program, developing company hierarchy for card issuance and reporting.

  • Lead implementation of global card programs; manage reporting and compliance.

  • Partner with the Treasury team in providing governance over our relationship with the credit card providers.

  • Develop and maintain an audit and compliance program to monitor risk within the card programs.

  • Deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders

  • Oversee the card program help desk management and end user training and support

  • Benchmark industry standards and new industry trends.

  • Promote and continue to optimize use of the card programs.

 

Expense Reporting

  • Coordinate Concur program updates/changes and problem resolutions with technical support group with cross-functional interaction of WestRock’s human resources, accounting, and other internal partners

  • Lead the global Implementation of Concur for travel booking and expense reporting and approvals, including the integration of acquired businesses.

  • Administer all forms and related fields (i.e.: audit rules, codes, expense types, exceptions, etc.); develop and schedule custom reports in the Reporting Tool.  Supply reports for use by the business units for supply chain analysis, monitoring card spend and employee compliance.

  • Support and/or oversee training sessions and quick resource guides for use of the Concur expense management system.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, purchasing, accounting or a closely related field 

  • Overall Experience 10+ years to include the following:

    • 3 - 5 years management experience in corporate card & purchasing card program, multinational organization

    • 3 - 5 years project management, to include acquisitions and integration analysis

  • High level of integrity

  • Experience managing card programs, implementation and conversion of business locations to the online system (Concur)

  • Proven success initiating and driving change management initiatives

  • Strong technology skills including ERPs (JDEdwards) and Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Team leadership experience

  • Customer service mindset

  • Strong organizational, communication and written skills

  • Ability to travel 10%-20%, including some international travel
