Lead an organization of finance business subject matter experts to support the core enterprise processes around Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Planning.
Understand the interconnectivity of processes and impacts of changes with emphasis on data and technology.
Partner with business process owners on solution optimization. Drive analysis, problem identification, gather requirements and expected outcomes for projects.
Guide and develop strategic plans related to enterprise processes and supporting technology.
Drive implementation and/or integration of solutions to support business process owners. Includes supporting or leading testing and training efforts.
Ensure proper project governance and execution of PMO tollgate process. Serve as the FinTech owner of entire project/program lifecycle.
Aid in development the overall finance technology vision, strategy and roadmap.
Lead the implementation of new finance technology strategy in conjunction with other Fin Tech owners.
Strategic partnership across the Finance organization, Finance Technology and Solutions organization and IT to deliver high quality strategic solutions that enable enterprise process efficiency, visibility, insights and structure. Act as a liaison to other organizations as necessary.
Ensure engagement of all relevant stakeholders and identification of requirements from both a system and process perspective.
Ensures appropriate project change management including desired outcomes, accurate scope, clear roles and responsibilities and decision-making. Ensures standard change management protocols are used to support of the project and subsequent re-design.
Creates the systems and methods used to drive continuous improvement within finance.
Understand and document systems landscape.
