GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for overseeing the quality of customer service and the timeliness in which products and services are being delivered.  Responsible for setting up work rotations and loads. Supervise warehouse staff.  Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.



  • Provides leadership and high quality customer service in the warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Works closely with employees to ensure that products and services are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Supervises warehouse staff, including managing individual performance.
  • Performs employee evaluations.
  • Ensures that all employees are following SOPs, work instructions, GMPs.
  • Responsible for setting up work rotations, planning daily work loads, problem solving, and conflict management.
  • Runs shift shipping reports prior to the start of the next shift.
  • Resolves pick and handle issues in the shipping area.
  • Maintains all metrics that may be assigned to the shift. Uses these data to improve productivity.
  • Builds collaborative relationships within the organization, including relationships with other supervisors/managers in the warehouse and shipping areas as well as other departments.
  • Leads change, including process improvement.
  • Manages time effectively.
  • Understands what needs to be done and acts accordingly.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.



  • Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.  
  • Some college is preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must have experience with handheld scanning equipment.
  • Must have industrial truck experience.
  • Must be process-oriented.
  • Must demonstrate resiliency.
  • Must be able to focus on tasks while seeing the big picture.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have the ability to motivate, train, and develop employees.
  • Must be able to effectively manage conflict.
  • Must have good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
