 Career Opportunity:

  • This is a 3rd Shift position 

  • Ensure all employees comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards

  • Responsible for coordinating daily dispatch to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment methods, while meeting customer due dates, dock times and delivery requirements

  • Partner with Customer Service and Production on daily shipping requirements to ensure product shipments meet customer needs

  • Daily completion of all inventory transactions related to the shipping and receiving department

  • Verify all counts, quantities and descriptions of materials being shipped and received.

  • Enter data into Kiwi computer application, as well as customer inventory systems as needed

  • Verify all load reports and ensure we have an accurate record of materials being shipped

     

     

  • What you need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong administrative and computer skills

  • Experience in shipping and receiving manufacturing environment

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

  • Knowledge of Kiwi or shipping/receiving computer applications a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
