Customer Service Representative/Junior Key Account Manager with French or German

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT WESTROCK: 

  • Ensuring customer’s satisfaction through high quality service
  • Managing customer’s orders
  • Creating and maintaining customer information in ERP system.
  • Supporting Sales Managers and Key Accounts Manager
  • Cooperation with Logistics departments
  • Handling customers complaints
  • Follow Service Level Agreements with customers
  • Respects standard work procedures and policies
  • Supports Statistics and Suggest Improvement

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 2 years of similar experience in Customer Service or related area
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • English and French or German skills
