A position responsible for maintaining and growing an established territory consisting of various account sizes. Typically involves critical or complex products requiring a high level of client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.  The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with medium to large sized consumer branded companies

  • Developing and Implementing a business plan to achieve budgeted sales dollars and volume within the established territory

  • Uncovering and developing cross selling opportunities.

  • Developing strong client relationships that, over time, provide significant input to planning company product, price and service strategies.

  • Growing established and new market share by supporting Corporate initiatives

  • Actively pursuing new business and new opportunities within the territory as supported by WestRock’s sales excellence program.

  • Providing analysis and information on sales forecast and budget preparation.

  • Keeping current records of all established customers and prospects within the CRM tool.

What you need to succeed:

  • A 'hunter' sales mentality with experience achieving/exceeding sales quota

  • Professional, Articulate, Organized

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Corrugated (Box) Packaging business preferred

  • Preferred candidate will possess a University degree or college diploma in business

  • Grow current business, bring in new customers
