The opportunity:

The Customer Service Manager, under minimal to no supervision, will handle new business evaluation, prepare estimates and quote, and manage at least 5 Customer Service Representatives.


How you will impact WestRock:

Customer Service Manager will be the first point of contact for Sales people including internal Sales people as well as external Customers when necessary. Receives and records Customer orders. Will respond to inquiries regarding pricing options, product availability and suitability for Customer processes. Will be responsible for preparing estimates and quotes. Checks inventories and orders materials from established Vendors as necessary to complete Customer order. May schedule and/or prioritize Customer orders. Will arrange delivery through established carriers. Records and researches complaints and offers resolutions within established parameters. Refers more complex or sensitive complaints or problems to others for resolution. Assists in recovery of aged receivables. Coordinates use of other company resources to provide value added services to accounts. Will develop a strong client relationship over time, that will provide significant input to planning company product, price, and service strategies. Supports Supervisor and other Sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.


What you need to succeed:

Must have Customer Service Management experience. Experience estimating and preparing quotes. Business skills necessary for monitoring inventory and accounts receivable to ensure Customer service is operating at a high level. Associate / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience.
