KAM BEVERAGE MACHINES AND PACKAGING: NLD AND BELGIUM

WestRock, a global industry giant in the beverage paperboard packaging solutions market, is looking for an experienced KAM to cover new and existing accounts in the Netherlands and Belgium. This is a golden opportunity to partner with major global players in the beverage, food and dairy business. Ideally located in South Netherlands (Tilburg/Breda/Rotterdam)

 What you need:

  • Proven experience in converting quotations into profitable business
  • Initiative as a self-starter to find new opportunities with our customers for WestRock packaging solutions
  • Experience in sales with key accounts in the Beverage industry or in related industries
  • Experience in selling customised machinery is preferred, technical curiosity is a must have
  • Preferably an engineering background or business management background with good technical knowledge of medium scale packaging machinery – or strong experience in the sale of packaging (cardboard, glass, metal, plastic) B2B, ideally linked to the sale of mechanical solutions
  • Fluent English and Dutch - French and German a plus
  • Strong strategic client management experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Positive and solutions oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to travel moderately within Europe, mainly in Belgium and Netherlands
  • Autonomous, curious, energetic and tenacious

 

What impact will you have at WestRock:

• As KAM, you manage and develop existing customers by offering a complete packaging solutions (machine and cartons)

• You assume full responsibility for quantitative and qualitative sales objectives with key strategic accounts in the food and beverage industry by establishing excellent relationships with all decision makers and key influencers

• You develop your network with customers in various departments: supply, packaging, quality, production, technical, marketing and maintenance

• By creating a qualitative network in these accounts, you propose competitive solutions tailored to the needs of customers

• Ensure the commercial follow-up of your contract while ensuring that all commitments are fully respected

• You work closely with our R&D department, technical field service support, customer service, S&OP and production sites in different European countries to analyze the results and take the necessary corrective measures. You regularly report on your client portfolio and your business, including business development.
