Lebanon TN – Folding Carton Division

We are currently recruiting for a talented, dynamic 3rd Shift Team Lead for our Lebanon TN (302 Hartman Drive) facility, focused on fostering a team atmosphere, providing vision, and demonstrating support of the Company’s core processes. This opening is on 3rd Shift (10-630AM).  Additional responsibilities:

Direct shift team members to ensure all necessary equipment is staffed appropriately for production

Perform daily huddles with team members at the start of shift to review operating priorities and production goals

Accurately and thoroughly record all Safety, Quality, and Production events that occur during shift and clearly communicate the information to management team

Manage Kronos time keeping for each team member on shift and handle any attendance related documentation necessary for the points system

Ensure that parts are quickly retrieved when needed and accurately accounted for upon leaving the parts storage area

Pro-actively promote and represent all department specific initiatives related to operating values to include Safety, Quality, & Operational Metrics

Ensure all plant functions follow established Quality and Food Safety Policies & Procedures

Actively utilize all documentation training to ensure team members are given every opportunity to succeed and make positive change

Provide proper documentation for all attendance, inter-personal, safety, quality, or performance related concerns

Effectively communicate with Departmental Managers as needed regarding any operating priorities or scheduling changes

Perform all Quality checks on all running equipment

Perform audits every shift on Housekeeping and 5S using the current check sheet to hold team members accountable on during shift

Ensure production reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner

What you need to succeed:

Associate’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in printing / packaging / folding carton highly desirable

Successfully complete pre-employment testing to include background check, drug screen, & physical
