Job Duties

Press Assistant Trainee is an entry level position on a flexo printing press. The employee must be willing to learn all aspects for the operation of a flexo printing press. Some tasks include pre-make ready, trouble shooting, and executing as a team to meet or exceed daily goals. It is important for the employee to take direction and follow through with tasks.

Requirements:

Safety- Oriented Individual

Being Quality minded in each task

Good troubleshooting skills

Preferred experience working in a production environment

Flexo/printing experience preferred

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Capable of operating P.I.T and overhead cranes

Must have position outlook and enjoys working with a team

High School diploma or GED

Must be willing and able to work 12 hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 4 rotating shift environment
