GENERAL PURPOSEResponsible for loading two folders, making adjustments, operation and maintenance of folder gluers, right angle folder gluers, conventional folders, parallel folders and booksert RTA



  • Ensures all freight is cleared from the floor as needed.
  • Follows proper procedures.

·         Read and understand customer specifications, job tickets and production paperwork.

·         Make quality decisions by relying on available information and training.

·         Load stock on all Vijuk folders and load two machines, when required.

·         Set up and adjust bar code scanners, double sheet detectors, jam prevention devices and print detectors

·         Adjust stacker as needed

  • Performs all required preventative machine maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly).

·         Communicate effectively with teammates on the machine

·         Act as trainer on the machines for new employees

·         Maintain a clean and organized working area at all times.

  • Performs other job duties as assigned.



  • Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6-12 months’ related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance, and very detailed instructions and procedure manuals. 
  • Must have intermediate computer skills in (Email, routine database activity, woed processing, graphics, scanners, and bar codes, etc.)
  • Must have good communications skills.
  • Must have knowledge of good loading techniques.
  • Must have the ability to operate a label machine.
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
