We are seeking a Finishing Gluer Operator Trainee to be located in Harrison AR.  The Harrison Folding plant is a high quality producer of packaging products.  Planned plant expansions have created new opportunities for qualified


The Opportunity:

We are seeking a career-minded, experienced manufacturing machine operator.  This position starts off as an operator trainee and will be required to move up to the operator position as vacancies occur.  This position is responsible for helping run high speed carton forming equipment safely, performing preventative and breakdown maintenance, and participating on a safety team and a production improvement team.  Responsibilities also include set up and changeover of machines, production paperwork and assisting crew with all responsibilities that assure quality product and efficient production.



Troubleshoot mechanical and automation problems

Ability to interact with integrity with the crew and plant leadership

Must meet company’s safety, quality, and productivity standards

Interact with improvement teams to resolve production issues

Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and optimize equipment efficiency.

Standard hand tools provided by the company


What You Need To Succeed:

High school education; 2-year technical degree preferred

2 years manufacturing experience or 1 year gluer operator experience in folding carton industry

Willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts

Flexible with day or night shifts

Overtime required as needed

Pay is competitive and will be determined in accordance with your experience.
