To our plant in Bristol (Yate) we are currently looking for a:

No.1 Multipoint Gluing Operator


Responsible for setting up and running machinery Safely and providing instruction to other team members.


  • Able to make ready and run a multipoint straight-line gluer, ensuring quality levels are maintained while reaching expected KPI’s
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Have a flexible approach
  • To work in accordance to Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations
  • Have experience of 6 sigma / operational excellence / 5S philosophy
  • Lead by example and provide guidance as a team leader
  • The candidate must be able to work to the company’s chosen shift system and will be required to work some paid overtime
  • Accurately follow and understand - work too lists & plans / works orders and packing specifications


  • Educated to GCSE Level of higher
  • Must be computer literate
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating a straight-line Glue or similar equipment
  • Experience of multi point / glue gun application would be an advantage
  • Have experience of HSS & Leary Glue detection systems
  • Clean driving Licence - some travel may be required within the UK & Europe
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills

 The candidate may be asked to perform a partial make ready so to demonstrate their ability

Full time 36hrs per week, over 12hr shifts
