Performance Excellence Master Black Belt -  Sales and Customer Service, Corrugated Division

Norcross, GA

We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB)-Customer Service & Sales for an exciting opportunity in our Corrugated division. Our corporate office is in Norcross, GA, but the location of position is flexible. This individual will drive measurable results working directly with sales, customers, employees and processes resulting in a culture of excellence. This individual will be expected to execute projects using Lean-Six Sigma Tools and Methodology to increase customer retention, customer satisfaction and increase bottom line results.

The position requires 80% travel (4 days per week).

The ideal candidate will provide expertise in customer relationships, Customer Service, Sales and Sales Strategy.

How you will impact WestRock:

 - Work with the executive leadership team to develop and strategic plans for effective Lean Six Sigma Implementation that focus on our play-to-win Strategy and Commercial Excellence deployment across the Division
 - Successfully lead concurrent lean six sigma projects that drive 50% differentiation across the Division and achieve significant measurable results
 - Utilize the Lean-Six Sigma Methodology to improve both business processes (transactional) as well as operations processes
 - Work effectively with sales and operations to translate process improvement findings into sustained improvements and standard work
 - Will work on projects involving customers, customer service and sales personnel to understand customer requirements and proactively address concerns and/or help customers improve their processes
 - Effectively Lead/Coach and Mentor full and part-time resources through project execution and sustain activities
 - Work within the Performance Excellence Department to improve our processes and increase our effectiveness to the organization
 - Will work independently, will receive general guidance on new projects


What you need to succeed:

Technical Skills:
 - Certified Master Black Belt with demonstrated ability to execute complex projects using Lean-Six Sigma Tools and Methodology
 - BS/BA required
 - Demonstrated ability to utilize Lean Six Sigma across customer service and sales networks
 - Demonstrated ability to teach Lean-Six Sigma Methodology.
 - Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor Lean-Six Sigma Projects
