Starting Pay $22 an hour (Higher rates based upon experience)
Maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management. Support the purpose of the team as stated in the “why” page by participating in initiatives and activities, and attending all meetings scheduled during shift. Additional job duties as assigned by management.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns as well as pneumatic, hydraulic and general building maintenance
- Maintain equipment in both pro-active and breakdown environment
- Communicate with all levels of associates
Maintain/complete paperwork and computer system as assigned
Testing and Measuring Ability (General Math): Ability to use and read basic measurement devices, (calculator, tape measure, and ruler). Lift truck (fork-lift) certification, operate pallet jack, and clamp truck. Excellent mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in electrical testing equipment.
Written/Verbal Communications Skills: Must follow detailed instructions for training and quality.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Essential/Marginal Functions and Physical Requirements
Essential: Walking around facility. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Work in confined spaces. Work at various heights on scissor lift or step ladder. Telephone use.
Marginal: Standing at copier. Sit at computer terminal.
Education Requirement(s): Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
