The opportunity:


·        The role of a Legal Financial Analyst in our Law Group is a fast-paced position with high expectations and deadlines.   

·        Responsibilities are constantly growing with various tasks. The qualified candidate will take direction from the Sr. Legal Finance Specialist.


How you will impact WestRock:


Duties will include:

·        Working in our database and with accounting system,

·        Corresponding via email to various stakeholders,

·        Providing remit detail inquiries,

·        Updating and maintaining worksheets and electronic billing database systems

·        Reviewing and coding legal cases and invoices


What you need to succeed:


·        BA degree preferred

·        2-5 years’ experience in financial billing or accounts payable; legal billing a plus

·        Maintain privacy and confidentiality, extremely essential

·        Analytical problem-solving skills

·        Self-starter

·        MS Office suite – Office 365 preferred. 

·        Strong verbal and written communications skills

·        Team player

·        Good judgment and ability to know when to ask questions
