The Quality Assurance Auditor Administrator position is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in implementing and assuring compliance within the QA department.


  • Perform Quality Assurance Auditor Administrator duties as needed
  • Inspect incoming materials as needed to assure conformance with specifications
  • Collect, organize, and prepare Quality Assurance reports, as required
  • Work in AS400 to determine item specifics
  • Perform Finished Goods Inspection on manufactured components
  • Generate customer reports, as required
  • Scan and file customer reports
  • Issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventative Action Request) as needed and follow up to ensure completion of the corrective action items.
  • Communicate issues with Project Coordination, Scheduling, Operations
  • Assist in internal and customer audits
  • Research quality issues
  • Maintain files and records within the department
  • Assist in maintaining Quality System documentation (updating binders, etc.)
  • Participate in and/or assist with preparations for internal QA audits, Customer audits, and Regulatory Agency audits as required
  • Assist with and/or conduct department training, if requested
  • Assigned overtime is mandatory, including weekends as needed
  • Assist the Food Safety Coordinator with duties as requested
  • Verify compliance with cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Other duties as required

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED minimum.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. May require the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. May require the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and basic computer skills. 


This position requires prior QA experience; knowledge of quality systems; proficient computer skills; experience using the following computer programs/systems: Agile, AS400, & Excel and attention to detail.
