Financial Analyst – Graphic Solutions (Jacksonville, FL)



WestRock is seeking a Financial Analyst – Graphic Solutions to be a part of the Corrugated Finance team that supports the Graphic Solutions business. The Graphic Solutions business (comprised of Prepress and Preprint businesses) maintains customers’ brand image through consistent graphic adaptation to structure and printing processes, prepress checks and high impact preprint so they stand out on the shelf. Reporting to the Director of Finance for Graphic Solutions, the Financial Analyst – Graphic Solutions contributes, partners, and drives financial excellence for the Prepress and Preprint businesses and will play a key role in the Corrugated Finance and operations support for Prepress and Preprint (Graphic Solutions) operations.  


How you will impact WestRock

  • Updates and distributes the Prepress Sales Activity Report
  • Manages Invoicing for Prepress BUs
  • Serves as back-up for the Prepress Finance Admin’s invoicing and month-end support duties
  • Provides analytical support to Prepress and Preprint
  • Explains the financial performance versus a baseline (budget, forecast, PY, etc.)
  • Builds, produces, and improves financial reporting
  • Partners with others to improve the financial/accounting process
  • Supports budgeting and forecasting including uploading to Hyperion
  • Creates and supports reporting for KPIs
  • Participates on teams supporting broader initiatives
  • Performs other activities and duties as needed or assigned
  • Becomes a valued partner to the Graphic Solutions business
  • Travel (<10%)


What you need to succeed

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or relatable discipline
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • A self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Team player able to influence others to achieve a goal or agreed upon outcome
  • Problem solving, quantitative analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Advanced data modeling, report design and large data management skills
  • Skilled with MSOffice tools (particularly Excel), Hyperion, Amtech, and JDE
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
