The opportunity:

  • Work closely with the production team by providing process engineering support

  • Support the production and quality systems with data analysis and process improvement techniques.

  • Lead Performance Excellence projects in the production areas to eliminate waste.

What you need to succeed:

  • Senior Process Engineer should be strong in data analysis and data analysis tools such as Pi, Excel and Six Sigma concepts. 
  • This person should also be strong in critical thinking and be able to think outside the box for non-traditional solutions to production issues.
  •  It is also important to be able to effectively communicate ideas and findings through written reports and emails.

critical learning experiences

·         More than 3 years preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
